1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AmazonReach ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

4. Subscription and Payment

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial subscription for a limited period. You may be required to enter your billing information to sign up for the free trial. If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the free trial, you will not be charged until the free trial has expired.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any harmful or malicious code
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company or another user
• To engage in any automated use of the system
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AmazonReach and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AmazonReach, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
